  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 4 , cut into wedges
  Lettuce cups 5

Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seeds, pepper, and thyme; chill.
