1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine pineapple and grapes, toss well. Spoon pineapple mixture evenly into 9 (8- to 10-ounce) ramekins or custard cups coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with raspberries.
3. Combine sour cream, orange juice, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Divide sour cream mixture evenly over fruit mixture. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar evenly over sour cream mixture.
4. Place ramekins on a baking sheet, broil for 2 minutes or until brown sugar melts and caramelizes (fruit will not be warm).
