Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Gelatine 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 250 Gram (1 Cup)
  Icing sugar/Powder sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 5 Drop
Directions

Soak gelatine in water for five minutes.
Place on extremely low heat for less than a minute.
Cool.
Add to cream, mixing well.
Chill for at least one hour.
Beat cream with a beater or in blender.
When it becomes thick and holds its shape, add sugar gradually beating all the time.
Add essence.
