|Cream||250 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Icing sugar/Powder sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Soak gelatine in water for five minutes.
Place on extremely low heat for less than a minute.
Add to cream, mixing well.
Chill for at least one hour.
Beat cream with a beater or in blender.
When it becomes thick and holds its shape, add sugar gradually beating all the time.
