Grilled Plums With Spiced Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
  Fresh plums 10 Medium, sliced
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened
  Vanilla non fat frozen yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place plums on the bottom half of a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Sprinkle evenly with sugar and lemon juice.
Dot with margarine.
Fold upper half of foil over plums, and seal.
Place grill rack over medium-hot coals.
Place plum packet on rack, and grill 5 to 8 minutes or until hot.
Combine frozen yogurt and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Remove plums from foil, using a slotted spoon, and transfer to individual serving dishes.
Top evenly with yogurt mixture.
Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
