Creamy Orange Mould

|Orange flavor gelatin/1 package, 8-serving size, gelatin, orange flavor||6 Ounce (Two Three Ounce Of 4 Serving Size Each Package)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Pint, softened|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Mint leaves||1 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Spoon in ice cream stirring until melted and smooth.
Stir in orange juice.
Pour into 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish with orange slices, strawberry halves and mint leaves, if desired.
