|Skim milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
1. Sprinkle gelatin over 54 cup of the skim milk in small bowl; let stand for 5 minutes to soften.
2. Bring remaining skim milk and the sugar to boiling point in medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat; add softened gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add almond extract. Cool, then chill until semi-set, 30 to 45 minutes.
3. Using electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Using mixer at high speed, beat gelatin mixture until foamy.
4. Using rubber spatula, fold egg whites into gelatin mixture. Divide among 4 dessert dishes. Top with sliced strawberries.
