Peaches N Cream Kuchen

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peach halves 9 , peeled (Use Fresh)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine the flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl; mix well. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal.
2. Turn mixture into an 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Pat mixture evenly over bottom and halfway up sides of the pan.
3. Place peach halves, cut side up, in pan. Sprinkle a mixture of the 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon over the peaches.
4. Bake at 400°F 15 minutes. Combine the egg yolks and sour cream; mix thoroughly. Pour over peaches and bake 25 minutes longer.
