  Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Allow the coconut milk to set for a few hours in the refrigerator or cool place.
A thick, creamy substance will rise to the top and may be skimmed off.
This coconut cream may be served as a sauce for pudding, or it may be whipped when thoroughly chilled.
