Marbled Chocolate Sour Cream Cake
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Yellow cake mix||18 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar/Powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
MICROWAVE morsels in medium, microwave-safe howl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir.
Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.COMBINE cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl.
Beat on low speed until moistened.
Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
STIR 2 cups batter into melted chocolate.
Alternately spoon batters into greased 10-cup bundt or round tube pan.BAKE in preheated 375° F. oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 20 minutes; invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
