Potatoes In Sour Cream
|Potatoes||6 Medium, cooked peeled and sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Sprouted lentils||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Melted butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Butter a 1 1/2-qt.baking dish.
Heat butter in skillet and saute garlic and chopped lentils together for 5 minutes.
Divide all ingredients in thirds and layer in baking dish as follows: potato slices, melted butter, garlic-lentil mixture, salt and pepper, sour cream.
Bake for 30 minutes.
