Sour cream and chive potatoes is a very easy and quick recipe best for a quick meal. You can eat either as a side dish or a tiny meal. Enjoy the potatoes cooked this way.
Ingredients
  Potato slices 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Boil potato slices in water and chicken broth for 10 minutes without covering the pan. To know whether the potatoes are done pierce a knife and check. Drain the water and lower the heat, now add sour cream, chives and milk. Stir it well. Cover it for 5 minutes and serve.
