Chicken Livers And Avocado In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole garlic clove 1
  Chicken livers 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe avocado 1 Small, diced
  Commercial sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onion, pepper, garlic, and livers in butter until livers are just cooked, about 10 minutes.
Remove clove of garlic.
Add diced avocado (if desired save a few cubes to use as a garnish) and cook gently until heated through (about 1 minute).
Stir in sour cream just to heat.
Add Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper.
