|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Teaspoon|
Place the cream in a chilled glass mixing bowl.
Using a whisk or an electric beater, beat until it forms soft peaks.
While beating, gradually add vanilla and, if desired, confectioners' sugar.
