Whipped Cream Frosting
|Heavy cream/Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat heavy or whipping cream, sugar, and salt until stiff peaks form; fold in vanilla extract. Keep frosted cake refrigerated until serving time.
