Cream Slices

Ingredients
  Frozen puff pastry 17 1⁄4 Ounce (3/4 Package, Thawed)
  Sugar crystals 100 Gram (2/3 Cup)
  Whipping cream 300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cup)
  Vanilla extracts 2 Drop
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

On a floured surface, roll out puff pastry dough thinly; cut out ovals about 5 inches (13 cm) long.
Rinse a baking sheet with cold water.
Arrange dough ovals on dampened baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar crystals.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Bake ovals 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Cool on a rack.
To make filling, whip cream with vanilla and sugar in a medium bowl until stiff.
Spread whipped cream mixture over half the cooled pastry ovals on unsugared side; place second oval on top, sugar-side up.
