Beef With Sour Cream
|Ground beef round||1 Pound|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce (And Liquid, 1 Can, 2.5 To 3 Ounce)|
|Bouillon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|French fried onions||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat butter in the blazer pan over high heat.
Crumble beef into small pieces and saute quickly to brown.
Add salt, Tabasco, mushrooms and liquid and bouillon and bring to a boil.
Place over hot water in pan.
Stir in sour cream, onions and parsley.
Reheat but do not boil.
