Pineapple Marshmallow Cream

Ingredients
  Pineapple 8 3⁄4 Ounce, crushed (about 1 cup)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Miniature marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

Combine crushed pineapple, lemon juice, and marsh-mallows in saucepan.
Place over low heat; stir until marshmallows are dissolved.
Remove from heat; cool.
When partially set, fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into sherbet dishes and chill 2 hr. or overnight.
