Frozen Sherry Cream

|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart, softened|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Dry/Medium)|
|Diced mixed seasonal fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine ice cream, Sherry and fruits in blender or processor and blend quickly.
Pour into ice cube tray with dividers removed and freeze until mushy.
Stir well, then continue freezing until firm.
