This new potatoes recipe is heavenly nay, over-the-top noteworthy! It is creamy, rich, fresh, chic and simple at once. Do season it generously with salt and pepper I think you will understand this once you get your finger in the bowl and take a lick. My mother deserves all the praise on this one as she has made this since I was a child. I remember it in winter alongside a gorgeous roast chicken and just as much in the summer months with a hearty slab of salmon. Worthy of any dinner week night or weekend entertaining.
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roughly chopped
Freshly cracked pepper
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roughly chopped (Use Fresh)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Steam new potatoes for 12-15 minutes. Remove from steamer and put potatoes into a large bowl. Add sour cream, chopped dill, and generously season with salt and pepper. Combine well. Gorgeous warm (my preference) or room temperature and quite swell cold too. About as simple as it gets!
