Almond Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Silvered almonds 3 Tablespoon (roasted)
Directions

Refrigerate cream and mixer bowl.
In mixer bowl, at moderate speed, whip cream a few minutes.
Add extract.
At high speed, whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold in almonds.
