Avocado Cream Dessert
|Ripe avocados||2 Large|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sifted|
|Mint leaves||4 (For Garnishing)|
1 Cut the avocados lengthwise in half.
2 Remove the pits, and peel.
3 Cut the pulp into fairly small pieces.
4 In a food processor, add the avocado pieces and blend to puree.
5 Transfer to a bowl and immediately mix this puree with the lime juice to prevent discoloration.
6 Sweeten with the sifted sugar and stir well.
7 Spoon the avocado cream into ice cream coupes or crystal dishes.
8 Cover with plastic wrap, and chill.
9 Serve chilled, decorated with mint leaves and lime slices.
