Turkey Sour Cream Patties

Ingredients
  Lean ground turkey 1 Pound
  Soft white bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Non stick cooking spray 1
  Unsalted margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium size bowl, mix the turkey, 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs, the sour cream, milk, pepper, and nutmeg; shape into 4 flat patties.
Coat on both sides with the remaining crumbs, set on a rack, and refrigerate, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Lightly coat a heavy 10 inch skillet with the cooking spray, add the margarine, and set over moderate heat about 30 seconds.
Add the patties and brown for 5 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a heated platter.
