|Neufchatel cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Low fat yogurt||6 Tablespoon|
1. Mix cheese and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth and fluffy. Place in small jars; cover tightly.
2. Set jars in a warm place (100°F) for 2 hours
