The Cookies & Cream is an exquisite and easy to prepare dessert that will come into handy when you have to whip together an impressive finishing touch for your spread. Trust me, you will love this Cookies & Cream recipe. According to my children, its worth dying for!!
Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Liter (1 Brick Readymade)
  Chocolate chip cookies 4 Ounce (1 Package, 12 Pieces)
Directions

Prepare vanilla ice cream or buy 1 litre of vanilla ice cream.
Roughly break the cookies into small pieces.
Keep in the freezer for 1/2 hour.
Beat the vanilla ice cream till soft with an electric hand beater.
Spread half of the ice cream in an ice cream box.
Sprinkle half of the cookie pieces on the ice cream.
Repeat ice cream and biscuit layer again.
Freeze till firm.
Unmould and serve after 5-6 hours.
