Duchess Cream

Duchess Creams has an outstanding taste. The orange and sultanas gives the Duchess Creams an astonishing taste. Duchess Creams is inspired by restaurants internationally.
Ingredients
  Sweetened custard 1 Pint
  Sultanas 1 Ounce
  Oranges 2 , finely grated rind and juiced
  Gelatin powder 1⁄2 Ounce
  Crystallized orange peel 1 Ounce
  Water 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
Directions

Add grated rind to the custard while hot, then add gelatine dissolved in hot water.
Stir in the sultanas and crystallized peel and cool slightly, then add the orange juice.
If this measures less than 1 gill add a little water.
Pour into sundae glasses and allow to set lightly.
Decorate with pieces of orange.
