|Sweetened custard||1 Pint|
|Oranges||2 , finely grated rind and juiced|
|Gelatin powder||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Crystallized orange peel||1 Ounce|
|Water||2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)|
Add grated rind to the custard while hot, then add gelatine dissolved in hot water.
Stir in the sultanas and crystallized peel and cool slightly, then add the orange juice.
If this measures less than 1 gill add a little water.
Pour into sundae glasses and allow to set lightly.
Decorate with pieces of orange.
