Sour Cream Gouda Spread
|Gouda cheese||7 Ounce, round|
|Light sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton, Land O Lakes Brand)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped red bell pepper||2 Tablespoon|
Cut thin slice of wax from top of Gouda.
Carefully scoop out cheese, leaving wax shell intact.
Chop cheese into small pieces; set aside.
In medium bowl stir together Light Sour Cream, mustard, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Stir in cheese, carrot, celery and red pepper.
Cover; refrigerate until flavors are well blended
