Frozen Apple Flavored Orange Cream

Ingredients
  Orange flavor sugar free gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Packet, 4 Serving Size, Jell O® Brand)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen apple juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Cool whip 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed, whipped (Cool Whip® Lite®)
  Canned mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)
Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in milk and apple juice concentrate.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch metal pan.
Freeze until about 1 inch of icy crystals forms around edges, about 1 hour.
Spoon mixture into chilled bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon a scant 2/3 cup mixture into each of 8 custard cups.
Freeze about 6 hours or overnight.
