Turnips In Sour Cream

Turnips In Sour Cream is a simple and delicious side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Why don€™t you give it a try and let me know the experience.
Ingredients
  White turnips 6
  Boiling salted water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to moderate (350° F.).
2. Cook the turnips in boiling salted water with the caraway seeds ten minutes. Drain and cool.
3. Peel and slice the turnips and place in a buttered casserole. Add the sour cream and basil, cover and bake until tender, about twenty-five minutes.
4. Sprinkle with paprika and a little lemon juice
