Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cabbage head 1 Small, shredded
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar/Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the cabbage and cook, covered, until tender but not browned.
2. Mix the egg, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage and heat, stirring, until almost simmering; do not boil.
