Pineapple Cream

Devour this delicious Pineapple Cream. It is pretty easy to prepare the Pineapple Cream for parties and get together!
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
  Egg whites 3 , stiffly beaten
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Bring first three ingredients to scalding point, then cook until slightly thickened.
Cool.
Gently fold in beaten egg whites, whipped cream and crushed pineapple.
Place in freezer tray and freeze.
May also be frozen in individual molds
