Peaches And Cream

Ingredients
  Crushed vanilla wafers 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Marshmallows 1⁄2 Pound
  Crushed fresh peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Combine crumbs and butter.
Pat evenly in bottom and sides of refrigerator tray, or 8" square cake pan.
Combine fruit juices and heat to boiling.
Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
Cool.
Add peaches and fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into base and freeze 3 to 4 hours, until firm.
