Homemade Sour Cream

|Cottage cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Buttermilk/Skim milk / water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in blender and run until smooth.
Remove from blender container and serve immediately or refrigerate.
Excellent dressing for crisp salad greens, cooked vegetables or crudites
