Matchsticks In Sour Cream
|Zucchini||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into julienne strips|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Sprinkle zucchini strips with salt; let stand for 1/2 hour.
Drain and pat dry with paper towel.
Sprinkle with paprika; cook with onion in hot oil until barely tender.
Drain off oil.
In the meantime, stir flour into sour cream and simmer until it thickens.
Add zucchini; simmer a few minutes longer, stirring gently.
