Basic Chantilly Cream has an Exhilarating taste. The cream and eggs gives the Basic Chantilly Cream Incredible taste. Must go for it
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Apricot brandy/Peach brandy 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 , stiffly beaten

Whip cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Add confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating in gently.
Add brandy, small amount at a time.
Fold in egg white gently but thoroughly.
