Whipped Cream Filled Crepes
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Pint, chilled|
|Dessert crepes||6 (Warm)|
Whip chilled cream until thick.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Divide whipped cream among crepes; fill and roll.
Garnish with berries; sprinkle sugar over tops for beautiful but simple dessert. (A filling of sour cream would be a delicious variation.)
