Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Undrained)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Store, covered and chilled.
The sauce keeps up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
