Ingredients
  Cooked crawfish tails 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or Boiled And Cleaned)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Wesson Brand)
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon (Cole Brand)
  Green onions 2 Small, chopped
  Celery heart 1 , chopped
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 2 Teaspoon, moist variety
  Green olives 3 , chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Serve on chopped lettuce.
Serves 4.
