Curried Crawfish

Ingredients
  Crawfish tails 4
  White sauce 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne To Taste (Few Grains Required)
  Key lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Shredded fresh coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cashew nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mashed chicharron 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Crisp)
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Any Good Variety)
Directions

Boil crawfish; then remove meat from tails and cut into cubes.
Heat white sauce and add curry powder, onion juice, cayenne, lime, salt, pepper, and crawfish.
