|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne||To Taste (Few Grains Required)|
|Key lime juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded fresh coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped cashew nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mashed chicharron||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Crisp)|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , chopped|
|Chutney||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Any Good Variety)|
Boil crawfish; then remove meat from tails and cut into cubes.
Heat white sauce and add curry powder, onion juice, cayenne, lime, salt, pepper, and crawfish.
