Cranberry Appledorf

Ingredients
  Canned jellied cranberry sauce 16 Ounce, chilled (1 Can Of 16 Ounce)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen whipped topping 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed (Dessert Topping)
  Chopped apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Cut jellied cranberry sauce in half; cut half into 1/4 inch cubes and set aside.
Mash remaining cranberry sauce with fork; fold in sour cream, then whipped topping.
Stir in apple, celery, and walnuts.
Serve on lettuce lined plates.
Garnish with the cranberry sauce cubes.
Makes 6 servings
