|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt the margarine in a large saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add the flour, sugar and baking powder to the margarine and blend well.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add the cranberries; mix well.
Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool and cut into squares.
