|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cardamom||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan, stir well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until cranberries burst, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into a bowl.
Cover; chill 8 hours or overnight.
Serve cold with turkey or ham.
