Fresh Cranberry Fruity Relish

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), ground
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Apples 2 Medium, unpeeled, cored, and ground
  Oranges 2 Small, unpeeled, seeded, and ground
  Lemon 1 Small, unpeeled, seeded, and ground
  Currants 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped pecans/Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grand marnier/Other orange-flavored liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Let it chill several hours or overnight.
3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

SERVING
4. Use with snacks, toasts or desserts as desired.
