Frozen Cranberry Rounds
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||1 Pound|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz) (Drained Reserve, No. 2 Can)|
1)Take a bowl, and put cranberry sauce into it. Keep the reserve can.
2)Beat cranberry sauce until mushy.
3)In another bowl, add sour cream and nuts.
4)Add pineapple into cranberry sauce, sour cream and nuts.
5)Clean reserved cans and grease insides lightly.
6)Pour the mixture into cans and cover tightly with foil. Freeze until firm.
7)Remove cans from refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for several minutes.
8)Cut bottoms from cans and push salad from cans.
9)Slice and serve.
