Holiday season calls for special dishes like the cranberry holiday freeze. It is very simple and easy to make. You can make it instantly on a very short notice, if you have some unexpected guests coming for dinner.
Ingredients
  Cherry gelatin 6 Ounce
  Canned cranberry sauce 1 Pound
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
2) Chill until thickened.
3) Add sour cream and cranberry sauce and beat to mix.
4) Take a 2-quart mold or pan and pour the mixture.
5) Freeze until firm.

SERVING
6) Serve the cranberry holiday freeze chilled.
