Cranberry Pear Relish
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Rinse the cranberries thoroughly.
2) Peel and core pears.
3) In a food chopper with medium blade, chop the cranberries, pears and lemon with rind.
4) In a glass bowl, transfer the pear mixture and stir in honey, sugar and salt.
5) Blend thoroughly, cover the bowl and refrigerate, until chilled.
6) This 1 quart relish can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
7) Use the Cranberry Pear Relish as required.
