|Cranberry juice||4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled (1 Quart)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ginger ale||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
|Orange sherbet||1 Pint (2 Cups)|
1. In a serving punch bowl, combine all the juices and mix well.
2. Add ginger ale and mix once.
3. Top with small teaspoonfuls of sherbet and serve immediately.
4. Alternatively, place the ginger ale- fruit juice mixture in 14 individual serving glasses and top each with a spoonful of sherbet. Serve immediately.
