1) Beat the cranberry sauce into the marshmallow crÃ¨me in a small mixer bowl.
2) Turn the mixture into a 3-cup refrigerator tray. Freeze till firm.
3) Whip the cream.
4) To a chilled mixer bowl, remove the frozen mixture and break it into chunks.
5) Add the lemon juice and beat well till the mixture if fluffy.
6) Fold in the whipped cream and return the mixture to the tray.
7) Freeze once again till firm.
8) Serve the preparation chilled. Makes a good appetizer.
