Hot Buttered Cranberry Swizzle

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Jellied cranberry sauce 32 Ounce (2 Cans, 16 Ounce)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Ounce
  Cinnamon stick 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan, combine together the brown sugar, 1 cup of water, ground cinnamon, cloves, allspice, salt and nutmeg. Mix well.
2) Cook the mixture over moderate heat till it is boiling.
3) Add the cranberry sauce and beat well till it is smooth.
4) Add the pineapple juice and stir.
5) Gently simmer the mixture, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
6) Put the still hot mixture in mugs of choice, dot with butter and serve with cinnamon sticks.
