Easy Cranberry Cobbler

Ingredients
For the crust
  Nuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (cashews, hazelnuts)
  Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked for 2 hours
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
For the filling
  Frozen cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple 1 Medium, cut into large chunks
Directions

2 cups nuts (1c hazelnuts, 1c cashews in this case) with 1/2c soaked dates, tiny pinch salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8tsp nutmeg. Set aside.

Blend or process: 2 cups frozen cranberries with 1 large apple until smooth.
