Cranberry Glazed Fantail Franks
|Berry sauce/Jellied cranberry sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cocktail frankfurters||1 Pound|
In square baking dish, combine cranberry sauce, mustard and lemon juice.
Heat at high2 to 3 minutes, stir once.
Meanwhile, cut a lengthwise slit in each frankfurter cutting through at each end.
Stir into glaze mixture.
Heat at high5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through, stir once.
TO COMPLETE: Skewer frankfurters with toothpicks; serve.
